Job Title: Virtual Assistant from the Philippines

Location: Philippines (Work hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Standard Time)

Pay Rate: $3.00 – $5.00 per hour per experience. Plenty room for advancement.

Schedule: Part-time to full-time (20-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to emails and customer inquiries.
Handle phone calls professionally.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Conduct cold calls to generate leads using provided lists.
Research and collect business contact details online.
Create and manage content for social media platforms.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
Provide training and mentorship to new team members, as needed.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Experience in appointment setting, sales, and customer service.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Leadership skills with a willingness to train and guide others.
Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
