Additionally, through our partnership with Townsquare Energy as the supplier, we also hiring reps that provide businesses with energy-saving solutions, secure business loans, and offer 0% credit card processing fees.

Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team That speak Spanish preferably bilingual but not a must . In this role, you will be the face of Townsquare Energy, directly engaging with homeowners across Rhode Island. Your primary responsibility will be to offer them cost-saving energy plans and solar energy consultations. As a Sales Representative, you will have the unique opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of Rhode Islanders by helping them reduce their electricity bills and explore sustainable energy options.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Homeowners: Knock on doors and engage in face-to-face conversations with homeowners, educating them on the recent electricity rate increase and how Townsquare Energy can help them save money.

Present Energy Solutions: Offer tailored energy plans that can help homeowners significantly reduce their electricity costs, including options for solar energy appointments.
Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with potential customers, addressing their concerns and providing clear, honest information about our services.
Set Appointments: For interested homeowners, set up appointments for solar energy consultations with our expert team.

Collaborate with Thenuvision: Work alongside Thenuvision to offer businesses energy-saving solutions, secure small to large business loans, and present the benefits of 0% credit card processing fees.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets by consistently engaging with new customers and closing deals by being an appointment setter or closer. The appointment closer get bonuses and some commission pay base on volume and performance. This sales rep will also be trained to do online marketing and social media interaction so they also have the option to work from the comfort of their homes on bad weather condition.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially door-to-door, is highly desirable.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with a diverse range of customers.
Motivation and Resilience: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to handle rejection and continue striving for success.
Energy Knowledge: Basic understanding of the energy market and solar energy solutions is a plus, though training will be provided.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Competitive Pay: Pay range from $18-$20 Per hour base on your experience and role or department. Base salary with uncapped commission potential, allowing you to earn according to your performance.

Training Duration:

Training lasts approximately two days after they get properly onboarded, with a combination of on-the-job training and instructional sessions to ensure employees are well-prepared for their roles to go door to door.
Payment Schedule: Employees are paid weekly based on the main residential campaign and some are paid Bi-weekly on Business services.
