What You’ll Do:

Chat on Instagram & Facebook: You’ll be the first person our new friends talk to, so you’ve got to be friendly and fun.
Send Emails & Texts: You’ll write messages to people to get them interested in meeting us.
Make Friends: You’re not just talking; you’re making people feel like they’re part of our team.
Book Meetings: The most important part! You’ll arrange times for these new friends to chat more with us.

We are seeking a highly motivated Hunter to join our team. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for lowering energy costs, and a drive for sales success, we would love to hear from you. Join our team as an Energy Consultant and help us create value for your business clients.

Services involve business to business sales calls at customer premises to present, promote and sell third party energy procurement services (electric and gas), as well as renewable energy products to small business, commercial and industrial customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about reducing the cost of energy and improving the bottom line for business across all industries.

Duties:

– Conduct lead generation campaign for new leads and acquire new customers
– Educate clients on the benefits of fixed rate energy contracts
– Offer energy-efficiency products, rooftop solar PV systems, and community solar programs
– Assess client needs and recommend appropriate energy solutions
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
– Ability to easily navigate CRM to track leads and manage customer information, ability to generate reports

Skills:

– Proven experience in negotiating energy sales or other contract type sales
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and meet sales target
– Knowledge of energy products and services

Job Types: Contract 1099 or W2

Compensation package: $15 to $1 per hour plus Commission pay from $250 to $500 per month depending on volume of sales  for customers weekly.

Monthly bonus for reaching goal of 20 deals per month ($1,000 bonus)
Job Types: Full-time w2 or 1099, Independent Contractor

Flexible schedule
Shift: Day Time, or evening shift Work Own Hours
Experience level: Some experience needed, At least 1 year B2B sales experience, either through closing or setting appointments (not B2C).
Pure cold calling experience (not warm calling or upselling). Where we provide you a database and need to meet quota, This is a performance job opportunity

Bonus opportunities: Commission pay, Quarterly bonus, Yearly bonus

Work Location: Remote – On the road, Door to Door.
